That's the system working exactly as designed and it's been working that way for years. We started COCO because we think that's worth fixing. Not with a manifesto, but with better technology and even better people.

COCO is the world's first GenAI platform built with diversity intelligence from the ground up. We don't bolt inclusion on afterwards. It's in the architecture.

 


Why this matters. Why now. Where we are.

We're not starting from zero. The platform is live in beta, we have signed letters of intent with agencies, publishers, and institutions. Proprietary diversity dimensions built into the system. A platform that really differentiates. No second Midjourney, it's a new category. A 11+ member Diversity Advisory Board, and a network of partners across DACH who believe in what we're building. What we don't have yet is our third co-founder.

 


What we're looking for

Honestly? Someone who is a little restless in their current role. Someone who's good at what they do but feels like they could be building something that actually matters. Someone who thinks about AI not just as a technical problem but as something with real consequences for real people.

You'd be joining as a notarized co-founder with genuine equity and a real seat at the table. Not an employee with a fancy title. In the beginning, while you still have your current job, we'd ask for a meaningful but manageable slice of your time. The goal: get the platform to a state where it speaks for itself. After funding, you go full-time and take ownership of everything product and tech.

 


The role itself

This is not a job. This is a founding mandate.

As our CPTO you own both the product and the technology. That means you'll shape where we're going and get your hands dirty making it happen. In the early days, that's coding, architecture decisions, and making smart trade-offs with limited resources. Later, it's building and leading a team, launching our agentic layer, Brand Fit Agent, Cultural Fit Agent, Product Agent and more and driving the platform from an image studio towards something much bigger.

 

What this looks like in practice:

Phase 1: manageable time investment

  • Finalize and harden the platform

  • Co-shape the tech strategy: stack, architecture, roadmap

  • Get the product to a state that speaks for itself

 

Phase 2: after a successful fundraise (100%)

  • Build and lead the entire Product & Tech organization

  • Launch our Agentic Layer: Brand Fit Agent, Cultural Fit Agent, Product Agent, and more

  • Drive the evolution from image studio to a full Inclusive Imagination OS

  • Develop our proprietary diversity model (1,500+ dimensions on the roadmap)

  • Represent the tech vision with investors, customers, and strategic partners

 


What you bring

  • You can build. Python, APIs, LLM integration, and you actually enjoy the craft

  • You think in systems, not just features

  • You understand AI and ML well enough to know what "bias mitigation" really means in practice

  • You've worked in fast-moving environments and know how to make decisions without perfect information

  • You care, not performatively, but genuinely,about who gets represented in the visual world

Previous experience with proprietary model development, agentic AI, VC fundraising exposure or DEI contexts is a plus. But curiosity and commitment matter more than a checklist.
