The Bet

B2B revenue is broken at the seam between Marketing and Sales:

  • Marketing runs campaigns and measures impressions, with no idea which decision makers actually engaged
  • Sales gets a list of names and works the phone, blind to who is already buying ready
  • Between them sits a black hole where every buying signal gets lost

The Einkaufsleiter who visited the pricing page three times. The CTO who commented on a LinkedIn post. The decision maker who read the case study at 11pm on a Tuesday. Nobody sees it. Nobody acts on it. That is where the deals leak out.

We think the next decade of B2B will not be run by humans clicking through 14 disconnected SaaS tools. It will be run by a team of specialized AI agents that watch every signal, connect every dot, and tell Marketing and Sales what to do next, in real time.

That is what we are building at Tacora. Three agents working as one revenue team:

  • Marcus, the AI Marketer. Briefs you every morning on what is working and what is not. Identifies which content reaches your ICP and which content goes to waste. Recommends budget shifts, content topics, and channel moves. Compresses hours of dashboard staring into a five minute decision
  • Sara, the AI SDR. Identifies the people behind your website traffic by name and company. Reads LinkedIn engagement, content consumption, and CRM history together. Surfaces who is buying ready right now and drafts the personalized outreach to start the conversation
  • Diana, the AI Analyst. Answers any question about your pipeline in plain language. Spots anomalies before they become problems. Connects marketing spend to actual revenue so the CEO finally has numbers that hold up in a board meeting

Marcus, Sara, and Diana share the same Intelligence Engine. They see the same signals. They speak the same language. Marketing and Sales finally do too.

  • A market with budget, urgency, and almost no serious competition from US style AI tools
  • Founder led GTM already producing inbound. Outbound infrastructure, ICP scoring, brand voice, pricing, and demo pipeline all running

Two co founders today:

  • Stefan — Co-founder, finance background, former Head of GTM at one of the leading ESG SaaS Plattforms in DACH, owns finance and GTM
  • Emilia — Co-Founder Operations, former growth lead at a high-growth E-Mobility Start-Up, owns the operational backbone that lets us ship as fast as we do

The foundation is built. The flywheel is spinning. What is missing is a product partner who can take Tacora from "we have it working" to "we own Revenue Intelligence in DACH."

Who I'm Looking For

You are not a PM. You are not a Head of Product. You are a founder. Someone who has either started something before or has been waiting for the right moment to do it.

You will own:

  • Product vision and roadmap across the full Tacora stack: Intelligence Engine, Marketing Output, Sales Output, and the integrations layer that ties HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the rest of the stack together
  • The leap from feature to category. Today we identify visitors and surface signals. Tomorrow we need a Revenue Intelligence platform that learns across customers, defends against fast followers, and becomes the system of record for B2B go to market
  • Customer obsession at the seams. Sitting with Heads of Marketing and Sales Leaders in Mittelstand companies, watching them use Tacora, finding the friction that blocks adoption
  • Hiring and building the product org. First the design and engineering hires, then the team that scales us from IT consulting into management consulting, HR consulting, and beyond
  • Co running the company with me and Emilia. Strategy, fundraising, hiring, the hard calls. A real founder partnership

You probably have:

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products, ideally with at least one zero to one stretch
  • Real exposure to AI and ML products. 
  • An opinion on agentic systems, evals, and what makes AI products defensible
  • Native or fluent German, because our customers are Mittelstand and that is non negotiable
  • The kind of taste that makes you wince at generic AI tools

  • Not a side project. This is full time, all in
