AI Business Development Intern (f/m/x) @ E-Mobility Startup
TL;DR
We’re looking for someone who loves to build. You’ll turn ideas into internal MVPs, tools, and prototypes that make our teams faster and smarter. Using platforms like Lovable, Bubble, or Make, you’ll connect systems, test ideas, and shape how Aampere works behind the scenes. Perfect for someone hands-on, curious, and excited to create real impact with lightweight tech.
- Build internal MVPs and tools: Use no-code and low-code platforms like Retool or Bubble to quickly turn ideas into functional internal tools that solve real problems.
- Prototype and test new features: Work closely with teams to validate ideas fast, build lean prototypes, and gather feedback before they go into full development.
- Connect systems and data: Use tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n to integrate platforms, sync data, and reduce manual work across the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, operations, and sales to identify pain points and translate them into tangible solutions.
- Drive a builder mindset: Help the team think creatively about how we can use lightweight tech to move faster, learn faster, and build smarter.

- Mindset: You love to build. You enjoy turning ideas into usable products, improving workflows, and creating better experiences with modern tools.
- Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in a fast-moving environment like a startup and feel comfortable experimenting, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Product Building Skills: Ideally, you’ve already built prototypes, MVPs, or internal tools using no-code or low-code platforms, either in a project or during an internship.
- Language: You’re fluent in English. German is a plus but not required.
