About Camphire
Camphire is building a new kind of work community—think Reddit meets LinkedIn, but honest, anonymous, and actually useful. We’re a pre-seed startup on a mission to make work real: a place where people talk openly about pay, burnout, toxic bosses, and the messy reality of modern jobs. No corporate gloss, no empty buzzwords—just real talk and real support.
What You’ll Do

Community Building: Help us grow and engage our early user base. Start conversations, moderate forums, and bring your own ideas for making Camphire the most trusted work community out there.

Content Creation: Write posts, interview users, and surface the stories no one else is telling about work.

Product Feedback: Test new features, collect user feedback, and work directly with the founders to shape what we build next.

Growth Experiments: Try out new ways to get the word out—memes, partnerships, social campaigns, or something wild we haven’t thought of yet.
Who You Are

You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

You care about making work better for everyone—not just climbing the ladder.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and want to help build something from scratch.

You write and communicate clearly (German or English).

Bonus: You’ve built or moderated online communities, or you’re active on platforms like Reddit, Discord, or niche forums.
