Quality Assurance (QA) Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind defining and implementing scalable QA strategies, driving automation, and collaborating with dynamic teams to deliver seamless product releases. Your passion for building top-tier quality assurance processes and empower cutting-edge technology will make a real impact in the fast-growing autmotive industry and in our innovation-driven environment.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a structured QA strategy, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria for releases.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases for different app versions and major vehicle brands.
  • Expand and optimize automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, PyTest) to improve testing efficiency.
  • Define must-test scenarios, streamline hotfix processes, and conduct release readiness assessments.
  • Track key QA metrics such as defect rates, bug resolution times, and hotfix frequency to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, prioritize defect resolution, and manage expectations.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to provide QA insights and ensure smooth development cycles.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in test strategy, automation, and release management.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and PyTest.
  • Experience with API and integration testing in CI/CD environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret QA metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
