We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a co-founder and lead our marketing and sales efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth trajectory and market presence. Together, we will strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to expedite our growth and firmly establish ourselves as industry leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate a hands-on mentality, a hard-working attitude, and an open-minded approach to innovation in all aspects of the role.

* Maintain transparency and open communication.

* Engage and collaborate with other team members to explore, research, and integrate innovative features into the application.

* Embrace Agile methodologies and work practices to facilitate efficient and iterative development processes.

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

* Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.

* Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product development decisions.

* Stay attuned to industry trends, outsmart competitors, and capitalize on golden opportunities.

* Forge a close partnership with the founder to ensure marketing efforts align with our business objectives for maximum impact.

* Create compelling content that demonstrates our expertise, leaving a lasting impression.

* Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve outstanding performance.

* Assume the spotlight at events and conferences, ensuring our name resonates throughout the industry.

* Actively engage in networking both online and offline to promote the brand and create strategic partnerships.


Candidate Qualifications:

* Essential fluency in both German and English languages.

* Hard-working attitude, hands-on mentality, and open-minded approach to innovation, contributing to a dynamic and proactive work environment.

* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

* Excellent communication abilities.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

* Proven track record of success in marketing and sales roles, preferably within the startup or technology sector.

* Preferably, experience as a founder in a startup environment, showcasing leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

* Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.

* Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

* Proficiency in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.

* Deep passion for HR and a genuine desire to empower businesses through talent strategies.
