I have an EMBA from Bayes (formerly Cass), a M. Sc. in Logistics and have been a management consultant for over 7 years. During this time I saw all kinds of projects: from venture building to large-scale IT programs, from agile transformation to HR services, from insurance to the public sector.

Now, I am fully committed to build Cuvela and looking for a co-founder on my way to revolutionize the fair fashion supply chain!

My Idea

Cuvela is an online platform for fair designer fashion, bringing together consumers and brands under the shared value proposition of sustainability, quality, and indulgence. We help customers to align their personal values with their style by creating an indulging, seamless, curated shopping experience. For small fair designer labels we increase visibility and reach, creating contact with the target customer group and allowing the labels to focus on their core activities. Both, the customer and the label experience will be based on the usage of data and innovative elements to increase the experiance. 

More About Me

I am an ever-lasting optimist and if I hear "You can't..." - well, challenge accepted! I am relentlessly seeking justice, and I am a terrible liar (but a good story-teller!). I work well with people who are critical yet positive, who see opportunities in problems, who enjoy a good argument and a dynamic environment. I don't work well with authorities, micromanagement, and nitty-gritty processes, which can turn me into a stubborn nightmare.

I am a native German speaker but also fine with a non-German speaking co-founder. The ideal co-founder is not about language, but matching values and work-ethics, combined with complimentary skills, paired with passion and honesty. I know, this sounds simple, but to me these are the basic of a good relationship.
