Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)
- You will be supporting continuous development and improvement of our Customer Success processes.
- You are a central contact person for customers. You represent our customer's concerns internally and you are there for our customers to assist them in achieving their sustainability ambitions.
- You will become an expert in sustainability and Real Estate asset management, and educate companies on how they should navigate the world of CO2 reduction targets, clean energy, and decarbonising their Real Estate portfolios.
- You will familiarize yourself intensively with our Platform and partner with internal teams, including Sales, Product and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience to drive growth and retention.
- Above all we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is excited to learn and wants to own problems end-to-end. If any of that sounds interesting to you, we hope that you'll consider joining us!
You will be successful if:
- You have proven experience in managing customer relationships within a rapidly-growing B2B software company.
- You are appreciated for your strong communication skills.
- You speak fluent German.
- You are driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale.
- You have experience working with clients in the real estate industry.
- You have experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments on in management consulting.
You’ll help build the Customer Success playbook, shape the Predium Platform and help us build a stellar Customer Success experience.
