Innovation Ambassadors is an innovation strategy and business design start-up. Our experts help corporations to find the right ideas and turn them into profitable and scalable business fast. Together with technology partners, we create digital products, services and experiences for B2B tech companies.

Your tasks

• You work closely with the co-founders, take over responsibility for building ventures as an
• UX or UI Designer / No-code developer and drive digital business from idea to implementation
• You create first product prototypes with wireframes or no-code apps, you define requirements, design User Interfaces and work closely with external developers
• You create marketing content for the products (e. g. website, flyers), help acquiring first customers and document insights from customer interactions for further product development

Your profile

• You bring a design related background
• You are familiar and enjoy working with UX / no-code tools (e. g. miro, figma, bubble, adalo)
• You are ideally already familiar with innovation / entrepreneurship methodologies such as
• Design Thinking, Lean Startup or agile
• You bring ambition, willingness to create an impact and build something meaningful
• You are passionate about entrepreneurship and bring a pragmatic, proactive and can-do mindset
• You are fluent in English and ideally speak German as well
