Who are we

Innovation Ambassadors an innovation strategy and business design start-up. Our experts help corporations to find the right ideas and turn them into profitable and scalable business fast. Together with technology partners, we create digital products, services and experiences for B2B tech companies.

Your tasks

• You drive innovation and strategy related topics such as customer research, portfolio analysis, business design, process optimization or product strategy
• You support innovation consulting projects, helping our senior consultants by taking over individual project tasks or responsibility for specific project modules
• You conduct research activities such as desktop research (e. g. competitor analysis, industry benchmarking) or user research (e. g. interview preparation, conduction and documentation)
• You help in the preparation, moderation and documentation of workshops & trainings
• You analyze gathered data and provide recommendations to our customers (e. g. portfolio analysis and process optimization)
• You synthesize and document results in Powerpoint presentations for C-level management
• You work closely with our external network of service providers (e. g. designers, prototype developers, etc.)

Your profile

• You have a business or technology related background
• You are passionate about innovation and consulting
• You bring an analytical, structured, detail-oriented and can-do mindset
• You are ideally familiar with innovation methodologies such as design thinking, lean start-up or agile
• You bring ideally consulting skills or experience
• You are familiar working with Powerpoint and Excel
• You are fluent in German and English
