Tasks waiting for you:
- You own our newsletter marketing and push sales, open rates, and subscribers to a
new level! Set up new flows, write exciting content, and analyze KPIs that need
improvement.
- As head of our Instagram/Facebook paid ads, you start new campaigns and design
top-performing ads. Weekly, you’re AB-testing and extending your industry
knowledge.
- Help us bring a new top-notch and sustainable product to the market by conducting
customer research, negotiating with manufacturers, and creating a smart design.
- Work in Conversion Rate Optimization or set up a CRM system from the ground to
improve our online shop, identify customer pain points or reduce returns.

Does this sound like you?
- You not only have creative ideas but also enjoy putting them into practice
independently. You work proactively and are not afraid of making mistakes and
discussing with us.
- Your friends say you're analytical, take decisions and own your tasks. You’re reliable
and interested in digital trends, sustainability, and textiles.
- Ideally, you already have work experience in the above-mentioned areas. Knowledge
of Klaviyo, Canva and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) is an advantage.
