Full Stack Developer for a B2B Cloud Solution

Become part of a young deep tech and software startup and revolutionize materials development with us. ExoMatter is a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). In early 2022 we founded our startup.

We have a first product on the market with paying customers and a strong upward trajectory.
ExoMatter offers you the chance to build the next version of our SaaS materials development cloud-based platform from scratch and closely work with experienced external developers.

We offer a 32-35h work week, virtual stock options, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Our current Tech Stack includes JavaScript and Python.

Your tasks

• You will build the next version of our B2B cloud solution in close collaboration with external developers in Germany and the founders.
• You join the founders in building our startup and its product in its seed stage and represent ExoMatter’s technology towards investors and customers.
• You will support the founders in hiring additional team members for a successful transition from an external development team to internal resources.

Our requirements

• You are familiar with cloud implementations on a linux server, git, Javascript, and relevant frameworks to build a cloud application. Knowledge of Django and Python is a plus to understand our existing code.
• You are passionate about building a tech startup and love thinking big as a true visionary.
• You were able to gather first experience in agile IT project management
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to spend a lot of your time on implementation and coordination.
• You have at least 1-3 years of full-time experience in software development.
• You are fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
