Startup and Innovation Programme Intern (m/w/x)
Do you want to be part of revolutionising the insurance industry? Do you want to help top start-ups on their journey to success? You will support our Director Programmes and the start-up team in executing our Innovation Programme all while collaborating with a wide range of ambitious, international founders. You will closely accompany the founders in outlining their business ideas to achieve the goal of developing successful pilots and long-term projects with ITHM’s partner companies.
What you will be doing:
- Support the organization and logistics of the Innovation Programme
- Support the scouting and selection of international start-ups
- Organize and co-host community events crucial to the Innovation Programme
- Gain practical experience and insights on the organization of an Accelerator/ Innovation Programme
- Research trends and conduct analysis of what the insurance industry should be looking at right now
- Help to optimize startup products and business models for innovation projects with the InsurTech Hub Munich partners
- Collaborate with the entire InsurTech Hub Munich community and team
- Work in the heart of the Munich startup scene
What we are looking for:
- Currently studying university degree with a focus on innovation/ business/ economics or social sciences
- Interest in accelerator programs, innovation, the startup scene and community building
- Fluent in English and ideally some German language skills
- Strong team-working skills
- Strong hands-on mentality and organized work ethic
- Familiarity with online tools such as slack, typeform, Monday…
