Finance & Controlling Manager (m/f/d)
FreewayCamper is a young startup from Munich, which has set itself the goal of driving the digitalization of the camping market. Currently we are concentrating on the smart digital rental of a wide range of different campers and additional services with focus on the individual needs of our customers and a first-class service. Even the booking of campsites is already possible at FreewayCamper. With our individual and high-end products, the development of a strong brand, a smart digital strategy as well as the development and digitalization of further business areas we will revolutionize the camping market.
For this exciting and ambitious goal, we are looking for a highly engaged Finance & Controlling Manager in fulltime (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Implementation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and KPI-dashboards
- Optimization of the internal and external reporting
- Monitoring and optimization of the financial processes also considering our international expansion
- Controlling and verification of payment transactions
- Steering and optimizing ongoing accounting and invoicing
- Preparation of a smooth month- and year-end closing process
- Budget and liquidity planning and creating of business plans
Requirements
- An academic background in finance, economics or a similar field
- Fluency in German and knowledge of the German commercial law is required
- 2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in a start-up environment and/or asset-oriented companies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Being able to think outside the box and ability to adapt changing circumstances
- Sense of responsibility, paying attention to details and high level of expectations towards results
- Strong team player
