Head of Finance (m/f/d)
FreewayCamper is a young startup from Munich, which has set itself the goal of driving the digitalization of the camping market. Currently we are concentrating on the smart digital rental of a wide range of different campers and additional services with focus on the individual needs of our customers and a first-class service. Even the booking of campsites is already possible at FreewayCamper. With our individual and high-end products, the development of a strong brand, a smart digital strategy as well as the development and digitalization of further business areas we will revolutionize the camping market.
For this exciting and ambitious goal, we are looking for a highly engaged Head of Finance in fulltime (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Building up and developing our finance, procurement and legal department and team
- Design, implementation and optimization of the financial processes also considering our international expansion
- Preparing and leading the equity and debt financing strategy incl. strong involvement into the financing round process
- Responsibility for the whole budget and liquidity planning process and the respective tracking
- Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and investors reports and business management analysis
Requirements
- An academic background in business
administration finance, economics or a similar field - Fluency in German and knowledge of the German commercial law is required
- 3 years of professional experience as a team lead in finance or accounting
- Experience in a start-up environment and/or asset-oriented companies is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Confident and eloquent appearance
- Being able to think outside the box and ability to adapt changing circumstances
- Very good organizational and management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, paying attention to details and high level of expectations towards results
- Team player and strong leadership skills
